This includes leak detection through pressurized air testing, followed by automated inspection with a state-of-the-art vision camera system that verifies labelling accuracy and detects any material inconsistencies.
Because our products are intended for medical and healthcare applications, they must meet strict hygienic and regulatory standards. For this reason, the entire blow moulding and inspection process is carried out in a cleanroom environment, minimizing the risk of contamination and ensuring maximum product safety and consistency.
